Compensation: $55,000 to $65,000 per year depending on experience

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Advisor to join our Parts Department.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, enthusiastic, and engaging attitude.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to actively listen and communicate effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle customer complaints, resolve challenging situations, and provide effective solutions.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow established policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
• Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to embrace change and take on additional responsibilities as required.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute effectively as part of a team.
• Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, vehicle components, and technical/mechanical repairs.
• Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn and use relevant computer systems and software.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Assist customers in selecting the correct automotive parts and accessories while providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers, including retail customers and service technicians.
• Answer incoming telephone calls professionally, provide accurate pricing, and respond to customer inquiries regarding parts availability, products, and related information.
• Process parts orders efficiently through various channels, including telephone requests, technician and retail counters, and wholesale accounts.
• Process payments from retail customers accurately and efficiently.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly, professionally, and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
