We’re looking for a great Sales Administrator

Requirements
- Must like wanting to work in a fun environment that produces results
- Able to stay organized and manage time effectively when working alone or collaboratively with a team
- Enthusiastic, displays a positive attitude and is professional
- Superb communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to problem solve and to work independently, under pressure and with deadlines
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in paperwork and data entry
- Must be comfortable learning new systems and following process
Responsibilities:
- Handle confidential information in a professional and ethical manner
- Prepare and review documentation for vehicle sales
- Inventory administration
- Review vehicle files to ensure compliance
- Stocking in vehicles
- Prepare licensing for new and preowned vehicles
- Preparing vehicle files
- Additional Sales Administration duties as required
