We’re
looking for a great Customer Service Representative / Service Greeter to
join our group. We offer a balanced work-life filled with a fun,

will report to the Service Manager and work as a part of the Service
Department.

Requirements:
- Must
like wanting to work in a fun environment that produces results.
- Get
satisfaction out of offering excellent service that can make a customer
happy.
- Able
to stay organized and manage time effectively.
- Drivers
License (G) with clean driving record.
Responsibilities:
- Greet
all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude,
and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
- Control
service traffic flow and parking.
- Determine
if customers coming into service have an appointment. Record customer's
name, VIN, tag number, mileage and existing vehicle damage.
- Assist
lot attendant with duties at the service counter.
- Maintain
a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow,
etc.
- Maintain
a professional appearance.
- Assist
customers with tire re-torques.
- Other duties as assigned.
