Position Summary:
We’re looking for a great Shop Coordinator. We offer a balanced work-life filled with a productive, energetic and inclusive working environment.
The Automotive Shop Coordinator plays a key role in the daily operations of the collision centre by coordinating repair flow, supporting technicians and estimators, and ensuring clear communication between the shop, parts suppliers, and customers. This role helps keep vehicles moving efficiently through the repair process while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and dispatch work for technicians & painters
- Monitor Detailers and quality control
- Organize shop workflow to highest efficiency
- Supervising Apprentices
- Coordinating complete tear downs with tech, estimator and Operations Manager
- Inspecting paint jobs prior to reassembly
- Organizing sublet work
- Quality control for each finished job
- Shop Safety & Cleanliness
- Shop Maintenance
- First Aid Certification (Training Provided)
- Lot Safety and Maintenance
Required Skills:
- Must like wanting to work in a fast-paced environment that produces results.
- Able to stay organized and manage time effectively.
- Enthusiastic, displays a positive attitude and is professional
- Valid Drivers License with a Clean Driving Record
- Basic Computer Skills
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time working in a shop environment
- Frequently required to be outdoors moving vehicles
- Able to perform physically demanding work
- Position involves standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 30 lbs
