·         Detail Oriented | High degree of accuracy with strong organizational and time-management skills.

·         Handle confidential information in a professional and ethical manner.

·         Strong Communicator | Speak tactfully and diplomatically with all levels of employees, across various disciplines.

·         Maintain a calm and steady demeanour.

·         Team Player | We all wear the hats that need wearing- it's a mentality that makes the team successful

What you'll need:

·         2+ years of office phone experience

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

·         Exceptional attention to detail.

·         Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

·         Experience processing a high volume of work in a deadline-driven environment an asset.

·         Service experience is an asset.
